About me
Hello! My name is Jen Paine. I am a creative marketing professional with over 20 years of experience across a wide spectrum of industries. The first decade of my career was spent in video post-production where I collaborated with some of the world's top ad agencies to create eye-popping TV commercials for brands including Budweiser, Capital One, Sears, and PetSmart.
In 2014, as video’s place in marketing began to evolve to include much more than just a 30 second TV spot, I decided to pursue my Master of Marketing at Western Sydney University. Through my studies, I gained a deeper understanding of developing brands and the strategy and importance behind connecting with an audience on a personal level.
Since then, I have settled back in my hometown of Fort Wayne, IN where I have been working as the Video Manager of a large healthcare system. The work has been exciting and rewarding as it allows me to use my skills, knowledge, and creativity to inform and inspire people in my community throughout their journey to better health.
My collective experience has armed me with a very broad skill set that includes managing creative teams, leading projects from ideation to final outputs, building trust and rapport with clients, and developing brand strategies that cut through the noise. I am passionate about the creative process and love nurturing ideas into works of art that exceed my clients’ expectations and garner concrete results.
